Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KM Fine Jewelry website, mobile applications, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases through our platform.

Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings, photography lighting, and the inherent uniqueness of natural gemstones, the appearance of products on screen may differ slightly from the physical item. All diamonds are described using GIA or AGS grading standards, and we provide certified grading reports for diamonds 0.30 carats and above. Product specifications including carat weight, color, clarity, and cut grade are stated to the best of our knowledge based on independent laboratory certifications. Minor variations in metal weight and dimensions are normal in handcrafted fine jewelry and do not constitute defects.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee the price or availability of that item. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly. Diamond and gemstone prices fluctuate with market conditions, and quoted prices are valid for the session in which they are displayed. Sales tax is calculated and applied based on the shipping destination in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx with signature confirmation required. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items and 2-4 weeks for custom or made-to-order pieces. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, all shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to sign for the delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

KM Fine Jewelry offers a 30-day return policy on most items, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all accompanying documentation, certificates, and packaging. Custom-engraved items, special orders, and items that show signs of wear are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Certifications & Warranties

All diamonds 0.30 carats and above are accompanied by a grading report from an independent gemological laboratory such as GIA, AGS, or IGI. These certifications verify the diamond's carat weight, color, clarity, and cut grade. KM Fine Jewelry warrants all jewelry against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers prong re-tipping, rhodium re-plating for white gold items, and repair of structural defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by third parties. We also offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection for the lifetime of your purchase when brought to an authorized service location.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KM Fine Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
